Week 1-2: Map the bottlenecks

We map your top 3 bottlenecks, select the 1 to 2 with the most impact, and write the full agent specification. Your investment: 2 to 3 hours in structured sessions. We do the rest.

Week 2-4: Build and integrate

We build the agent with your existing systems and data. We integrate with your CRM, ERP, or industry-specific tools like Exact Online, AFAS, or HubSpot. GDPR design, access controls, and audit trails are built in from day one.

Week 4-8: Test, launch, and handover

We test with real data, deploy with monitoring and error handling, measure impact against the agreed baseline, and hand over with documentation and video walkthroughs.
